Property was undergoing extensive renovations, inside and out once complete, it should be pretty nice. Room was large and very quiet.

They are in the middle of renovations. Friendly staff. The room was clean, but very outdated and run down. I just needed a place to sleep so wasn't being picky. Especially since the price was insanely cheap.

The motel, which I believe was once a Quality Inn, is undergoing extensive remodeling. Much of it does not affect the one wing of rooms, but the perimeter of the exterior is extensively dug up and I believe the one wing of rooms is closed for remodeling. The room was fine and very clean and good deal for the price. My room was close to the temporary entrance and the door closed with a loud thud that seemed to happen consistently. That would be my main complaint.

The temporary check in office was pretty nice. The price should be lower to silver and up. Lobby is being worked on so you pretty much have to carry stuff upstairs and I like it upstairs, but hardship. Hot breakfast that I don't eat, I didn't see any offered, ha. I know they love them waffles, the people, ha. Parking was confusing, real confusing as twice I was asked to move my car when I really didn't see any reason to, but I complied. No elevator and from walking up and downstairs was sore as the dickens. I did like it there though, something funny. Maybe other issues arising, ha. I continue to go back. I can't wait to see the hotel complete.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. It was nice and quiet. Breakfast was quite limited. The facilities were older but we can't complain about the price. They were in the process of remodeling when we were there.

Check-in was very slow due to only one person managing the front desk. Our air conditioner was old and so noisy that it was hard to sleep. We unplugged the refrigerator due to a loud clanking noise. The breakfast was bare minimum and the coffee was bad with no decaf option. Even though it is obviously an outdated hotel and currently under renovation, we were pleased that it at least appeared to be clean.
