"Overall the trip was good, except the initial check-in person was untruthfull about a vacant room being available at the time we checked in before it got busy. I went back after the shift change and received the ground floor room, requested earlier. One of the ice machines was broken, so ice was only available before other people arrived. After that there was no more ice for the next 2 days..."
