The house is immersed in the countryside where only the noises and scents of nature are the masters.
The view of the Gran Sasso, Corno Grande and Monte shirt mountains makes the scenery unique at any time of day, particularly at sunset.
In the aromatic garden, in the spring the explosion of the soft colors of the lavender blue, rosemary satisfy the sight; In summer the budleia welcomes butterflies and insects. The garden is equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower for sunbathing in peace and cooling off from the heat.
In the vegetable garden a few steps from the structure you can find organic seasonal vegetables grown with love and respect for nature, with availability for customers to be able to pick peppers tomatoes and eggplants.
There are fruit trees such as apricot trees, cherry almond trees and apple trees to delight the taste.

Beautiful Abruzzo
My wife and I totally enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s villa nestled on a beautiful hill in the Castilenti area. It was so peaceful, quiet, and comfortable. We loved touring around the Teramo area. There’s so much to do and see between the Gran Sasso mountains and the bellissima mare. Andrea was a great host. We loved our stay there.

Beautiful estate in splendid location facing the montains of Gran Sasso
The large and well equipped very clean house is centrally located in Castilenti what enables you to make trips in the mountains of the National Parcs as well as to the sea side. The owners are amiable and very helpful generous people who make every efforts you feel at home. Especially for children the house offers plenty of space to play football, table football etc. The evenings on the terrace facing the mountains, the vineyards and olive trees in moonshine are absolutely unforgettable. If you like you can enjoy a 360° view since no other house spoils your sight. Despite the splendid location you feel safe and protected. We thank the owners very much to share their dream with us and wish them all the best hoping to came back in the future.

Beautiful setting in a vinyard
We arrived at night to be met by Andrea and his lovely wife and son who could not have been more helpful. A delightful homemade cake and hamper of homegrown organic veg along with all the immediate necessities were provided and we were invited to help ourselves to more if needed However it wasn't until we walked outside in the morning that we really appreciated where we were. The views of the 6000ft mountains literally on our doorstep were unbelievable with eagles just completing the scene, The villa itself is huge and has everything you could possibly want with lovely bathrooms,well designed massive kitchen and comfy lounge and dining room. Set in acres of private organic vineyard it is secluded but within five minute drive of shops bakery etc it doesn.t feel too isolated If you want to stay in the most relaxing villa with the best views we have ever had in Italy stay here, you won't be disappointed. Leider nicht erholsam, unser urlaub begann ohne strom, welches am folgetag behoben wurde, dennoch sehr schlecht auf einem solchen anwesen ohne strom zu sein. Nachdem der strom wieder funktionierte, stellte sich ein defekt der klimaanlage herraus, eine lösung war laut vermieter bis ende des urlaubes nicht möglich (klima war eine der haupt buchungsgründe, freitags stellt sich dann heraus, das auch die warmwasserversorgung über solar bicht mehr funktionierte, die warmwasserversorgung konnte auch mittels gas bicht vom vermieter nicht in betrieb genommen werden, sein vorschlag war bis montag zu warten und kalt zu duschen (mit 2 kindern) Schimmel bröckelnder putz und ubdichte toilette war da nebensächlich, kein erholsamer urlaub

A little gem of Abruzzo
What a lovely house in beautiful surroundings! The house was fully equipped and lovingly decorated. Andrea is a very nice host. On arrival there was beer in the fridge and some fruit in the fruit bowl. The area is truly beautiful with views of the hills and the Gran Sasso. We'd love to come back sometime. Andrea, thank you for your hospitality!!

wunderschöne Landvilla in den Abruzzen
Wir haben unseren Urlaub als Familie (1 Kind) in diesem wunderschönen, sehr edel und liebevoll eingerichtetem Ferienhaus in der Nähe von Castilenti absolut genossen. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Gastgaber war sehr einfach, er begrüßte uns sehr herzlich persönlich und hinterließ uns als Gastgeschenk selbstgemachtes Öl und erste Eindrücke aus dem Garten. Das Haus liegt etwas abgeschieden inmitten von Weinfeldern und verfügt über einen Obst- und Gemüsegarten. Wir haben jeden Tag unser Essen auf der Terasse mit Ausblick auf den Gran Sasso und die Ruhe genossen, ein absolutes Highlight! Das Haus ist zudem besonders gut ausgestattet. Sehenswürdigkeiten brauchen eine etwas längere Anfahrt, ebenso die Versorgung im Supermarkt. In den Nachbarorten finden sich aber einige Restaurants. Zum Meer sind es ca. 30-40min (Sandstrand). Insgesamt können wir einen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus absolut weiterempfehlen! Und wer weiß, wenn es uns wieder in die Abruzzen verschlägt, würden wir gern wieder hierher kommen.

Wonderful house, great garden, top vacation
We had a splendid vacation at Andrea’s house: A great view, the Gran Sasso in the distance, Castilenti on your right, Castiglione in front, Penne on your left. Our morning coffee on the terrace was a must! The house is spacious , warmly decorated, a big kitchen - and a kicker (a table soccer game) in the eating room. We used to play kicker and table tennis a lot. Andrea was a very kind host; we would have liked to stay longer. But after 10 days we had to move on - thanks for the great stay!

Sehr schöner Urlaub, klare Empfehlung
Andrea ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und darauf bedacht, dass es an nichts fehlt und liefert Empfehlungen für Ausflüge. Das Haus wurde mit Liebe zum Detail gebaut und ist für Familien sehr gut geeignet. Große Küche mit 6-Flammen-Herd, riesen Backofen und Marmorarbeitsflächen. Geschirr und Besteck in großer Zahl vorhanden. Tolles großes Wohnzimmer mit Kicker (große Klasse!), schöne Terasse mit viel Platz am großen Tisch. Alleinlage mit umzäuntem Grundstück und schönem Rasen. Weit weg vom Lärm mitten in Weinreben und Oliven. Großartiger Ausblick unter anderem auf den Gran Sasso Nationalpark mit seinem 2912 Meter hohen Gipfel. Alle Fenster haben Insektenschutz und Fensterläden. Jeder Raum mit Klimaanlage. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind da, wie ein Weber-Grill und Sonnenliegen. Zum Meer 40 Minuten. Wir waren am Strand beim Torre del Cerrano. Schön flach und für kleine Badegäste geeignet. Kein WLAN und nur italienisches Fernsehen, aber wir hatten damit kein Problem; mit mobilen Daten geht es auch zur Not. Wir kennen viele Ferienhäuser in Italien, aber dieses ist weit über dem Durchschnitt. Nichts ist billig oder Müll, was man oft sieht. Das absolut einzige, was das Haus perfekt machen würde, wäre ein Pool, da der Weg zum Meer doch nicht ganz kurz ist. Die letzten 500 Meter zum Haus sind Feldweg, also nichts für Sportwagen. Tipp: beim nächsten Hof gibt es Pferde und Reitstunden. Achtung nicht wundern: die italienischen Autofahrer haben sich offenbar das Blinken abgewöhnt, Überholverbote und Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzungen interessieren praktisch niemanden. Dazu die Straßenverhältnisse im Hinterland, das stellt deutsche Autofahrer sehr auf die Probe. Also: nicht stressen lassen, Sie sind ja im Urlaub und nicht auf der Flucht!!!😁 Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in den Abruzzen. Wir kommen gern wieder! Michael und Familie

L'Abruzzo è Bello
Non me ne voglia Andrea (proprietario della struttura) ma il primo pensiero di questa bellissima vacanza va alle bellezze di questa regione, l'Abruzzo. Abbiamo pensato di passare questa vacanza con un'alternanza tra mare e visita del territorio e così è stato e la scelta si è dimostrata azzeccata. La consiglio.L'entroterra di questa regione è bellissimo, tra natura e cultura. Il mare, sempre un incognita, bello. Spiaggie pulite e senza troppa ressa, mare bello. Ora veniamo alla casa, una bellissima struttura e Andrea una bella persona con un grande amore per la sua terra. La casa è immersa nei vigneti con una vista spettacolare del Gran Sasso e in lontananza della Maiella. La casa internamente spaziosa ,ben arredata e con tutto quello che occorre. Insomma tutto quello che serve per far diventare una vacanza un qualcosa di speciale. Grazie Andrea per averci ospitati.

Prachtig ruim opgezet, luxe ingericht huis in een landelijke omgeving! Vriendelijke en gastvrije ontvangst, behulpzame en betrokken eigenaar. Airconditioning in alle ruimten, horren voor de ramen en een uitgebreide en compleet ingerichte zeer ruim opgezette keuken. Fijne bedden. Heerlijke overkapping buiten met grote tafel, ligstoelen aanwezig, groot grasveld. De zee is gemakkelijk te bereiken, alsook prachtige natuurparken in de omgeving, met mooie uitgestrekte vergezichten en dorpen. Voor ons een perfecte vakantie in een droomhuis en omgeving. Ik zou meteen teruggaan als ik kon.

Tolles Haus mit viel Platz und sehr schönem Garten
Wir (Eltern + 2 Kinder 2J+8J) waren Mitte 2018 in Andrea's Haus. Wir mieten regelmäßig Ferienhäuser (3-5x pro Jahr), da wir die Privatsphäre genießen. Das Haus war dafür sehr gut geeignet. Es liegt einige hundert Meter vom nächsten Bauernhof und die Kinder können beliebig toben und lärmen. Das Haus ist erstaunlich groß und alles ist in sehr gutem Zustand. Man merkt, dass es mit viel Engagement auch für die Eigennutzung mit entsprechend viel Liebe zum Detail gebaut wurde. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht (sogar ein guter Satz Küchenmesser, was eher die Ausnahme ist). WLAN gibt es nicht, aber für normales Surfen ist die Handyverbindung ausreichend. Wir waren ganz froh, dass es kein WLAN gab, um unsere Tochter von ihrem Tablet zu trennen. Andrea und seine Frau haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Andrea hat uns auch die Umgebung (Strände, Retaurantes, etc. ) erklärt, sodass wir uns gut zurechtgefunden haben. Andrea hatte auch einige lokale Produkte für uns bereitgestellt - das meiste selbstgemacht oder von Bekannten aus der Region (Olivenöl, Honig, Gemüse, Wein, Kuchen,..). Neben dem Haus gibt es auch einen Gemüsegarten, den wir nutzen durften. Besonders von den verschiedenen Tomatensorten waren wir begeistert - Kirschtomaten zum Direktverzehr - aber auch Fleischtomaten aus denen man tolle Tomatensauce zubereiten kann. Natürlich muss man die Autofahrt zum Strand akzeptieren (ca. 30 min). Für uns war das kein Problem, besonders, da es zu unserer Reisezeit jederzeit Parkplätze gab. Die Strassen sind z.T. etwas holprig, aber man gewöhnt sich nach 1-2x fahren daran. Dafür kann man am abends/nachts die kühleren Temperaturen genießen kann. Wir haben auch Ausflüge Richtung Berge (es gibt interessante Höhlen in der Nähe von L'Aquilla) gemacht. Wir haben sehr schöne Ferien verbracht und können das Haus ohne Abstriche weiterempfehlen.

Schitterende omgeving, ruim huis en onwijs gastvrije eigenaar!
Dit was een top vakantie! We waren er met ons gezin (2 kinderen van 18 en 16) en twee ouders. Iedereen had een eigen slaapkamer met badkamer en airco waardoor iedereen ook een stukje privacy had. Lekker dus! Het huis is nieuw, ruim opgezet en van alle gemakken voorzien, had bijvoorbeeld ook een wasmachine. Zelfs de keuken was volledig uitgerust met allerlei kookgerei. De eigenaar was super gastvrij en passievol. Hij heeft ons zeer goede tips gegeven over de te bezoeken plekken in de omgeving. Daarnaast heeft hij ons kennis laten maken met meerdere lokale lekkernijen. Het uitzicht is schitterend aangezien het huisje vlakbij het natuurgebied ligt. Ook het strand is snel te bereiken. Onder aan de berg ligt direct een tankstation en een supermarkt is ook niet ver. Kortom, lekker rustig gelegen huis, maar toch alles in de buurt. Hier komen wij zeker nog terug!
