Staff were excellent! Check in was a breeze. Drawbacks included the elevators that were not working properly. 25 minutes waiting to have it packed then having to wait for another elevator for another 15. Looking at the reviews, this has been an ongoing issue for the past few years. I think there is a weight capacity for elevators and when I say packed, they are packed over capacity. The room was tiny, consisting of a bed and a small desk. Nothing else and it was tight. No room whatsoever to move about the room or get dressed. The balcony is a joke that couldn’t be enjoyed at all. You couldn’t pull the small desk chair outside because it was so narrow stepping out. There was no seating provided on the balcony. For the price of this tiny room with no balcony you would be better served doing more research.

Room was clean and great location beside the beach. Room had kitchette and big fridge, microwave etc. so was great. It was dated and internet didn't work in our room but worked well in the lobby. Great value for money :) happy with it.
