"The room set up was great and my favorite part was the mirror in the bathroom. The shower doors did not catch all the water and there was always a pool in between the toilet and shower but it didn't bother me just wanted to let you know that so it doesn't cause any leaks.
One night I couldn't sleep so decided to come down to the busniess center around 1 am to do some work. The security guard being there made me feel so comfortable as I was not from the area and felt on my own. I noticed when I got there that I was in the minority as a female guests but I never felt uncomfortable and I truly truly appreciate that.
I believe the guy working the front desk at the time was named Robert and he was able to help me trouble shoot some printing issues I was having and honestly the class I was teaching for work would not have gone as smoothly without him.
All the staff were courteous and said hello. There were no areas of the hotel that seemed neglected and everywhere had a fresh and inviting look.
The breakfast options were great- gluten and I don't get along and there was plenty of options for me.
All in all when I come back to the Miami area for work I will be choosing this hotel as well as recommending it for other coworkers that travel.
