The front gentleman was excellent. He was kind and polite and gave great recommendations for area eateries. The hotel was super clean…walked around in my socks and they were clean! That is amazing! The smell in the lobby, whatever fragrance it is, it is amazing!!!! I was very impressed. I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. Family stayed here to take a cruise out of Miami.

I like how the property caters to all ages. The property was clean and upkept. The wait times can get long at the counter, the parking per diem is a bit steep and some rooms share doors with other rooms making it hard to enjoy your night in.
