I have stayed here before. The front desk staff needs to inform guests that as soon as they get a parking ticket they must have it validated by the front desk. Didn’t happen. The hotel should consider a different contractor for parking. There is only a squawk box for in going not outgoing so causes a huge problem. You can’t understand a word that is said over the speaker. The HVAC fan made a clicking noise all night long and the bathroom sink drain took forever to drain. Otherwise, it was fine

Check in staff Karina said she would text me if my 2 rooms became available. When I received the text she said she never texted me because no rooms were available yet. I showed her the text she sent with her name on it, she gave me one room and said I had to wait for the other one. She proceeded to check in others while half of my party waited in the lobby for 2 more hours.
