"We stayed in this quaint little farm house for a weekend. The location was perfection and incredible relaxing. The house was generally clean but could use a deep clean. However, we would stay here again in a second! The neighbors were also lovely!"

"We brought two couples and a dog for a fabulous stay at this house. The location is great for a countryside feel within striking distance of GJ, Palisade, and the natural features in the area (don't skip the Colorado National Monument). The views are beautiful in every direction, and the house is located within a few miles of multiple fruit stands and vineyards. Everything inside the house worked as expected, the kitchen had all the tools we needed plus basic goods for cooking and coffee, and...

"Vista View at Sage View Ranch was amazing! The house was huge with a beautiful 600sqft deck facing the mountains. The area is so diverse. Mountains, deserts, and jaw dropping scenery. The Black Canyon of the Gunnison is one of the most awesome things I’ve ever seen! Our hosts Laurie and Scott were super accommodating."

"Cute, clean, and comfortable house with room for everyone. Everything we needed was there - well-stocked for cooking meals and even doing laundry, if needed. The view from the kitchen window was cheerful, and the owner's artwork throughout the house was an unexpected treat! We'll definitely stay here again."

"We had a wonderful stay at the private orchard retreat. The property is beautiful and the house was comfortable and clean. We were two families and two dogs exploring the Grand Mesa for a long weekend. The house was perfect for all of us and you can't beat the access to the Grand Mesa. We skied at Powderhorn one day and explored the Nordic trails another. The dogs loved running around the acreage and the hosts were friendly and accomodating."

"We have been driving past this place for years thinking it looks nice, but it probably costs a fortune. Well, I'm here to tell you it doesn't and it is a gem. It's a beautiful place with old-fashioned charm. The staff (all of them) were super friendly. The rooms where perfect size and quiet. The grounds are beautiful surrounded by a grape vineyard that we took a walk through (not sure if we were supposed to). The courtyard was perfect to sit out and have breakfast in the rocking chairs among the singing birds. Lastly the pool was nice. Too bad they are working on the hot tub, but we will get that next time around. I would highly recommend this place"
