“I love this place! It’s so cozy and cute. Staff is nice. Check in was easy. Adorable little cabing style. Place is clean and decorated super cute. Nice view of the river. We stay in Delta several times a year and this is my new go to place to stay. It’s the cutest place in all of Delta. ”

“We stayed for two nights. The first night there we had farm fresh eggs, a pear syrup and a package of pancake mix and granola in the fridge for our breakfast in the morning. That day we went and did some other activities and didn't get back until that night. When we got back, we didn't have a second breakfast waiting for us in the fridge for the next day. We left the following morning and found some place for breakfast. Everything was great except for that little piece, but it turned out fine.……

“I was a little annoyed the property was being painted and the room was taped off on the outside. It ended up not really mattering but not great optics. The room was clean and comfortable and staff seemed pleasant. Breakfast is ok not great. Not too bad for a day but feels more generic over longer stay.”

“Yes, it’s a budget hotel. That being said, spend the extra money to stay elsewhere. The room was just gross and neglected. The comforters were filthy and covered with stains- just clearly haven’t been washed in ages. Towels had been washed but were heavily stained; the shower barely got warm; the toilet wobbled; the upstairs hallway was super dark… If it were just one of these things I’d be able to look past it. But there wasn’t a single clean, well kept area of this place. It might be ok the……

“The room was a bit damaged, but it was definitely pretty cleanly.The breakfast was honestly terrific. Yummy waffles, fresh coffee, and juice, as well as a cereal bar with whole and 2% milk. ”

“We loved this B&B! The host and her dog took great care of us, with an excellent room and great breakfast. Staying here was one of the best values we've ever found. It's worth venturing off the interstate corridor just to stay here.”

“In the heart of Montrose and can walk to shops and restaurants. Not gar from the Black Canyon. Comfortable and modern room with an attached bar and restaurant where you can wind down after a day of sightseeing.”

“The property shows better online than in actuality. The overall property doesn't seem very well taken care of. RV sites are overgrown and the cabin was dark and musty smelling. The area itself didnt feel as safe as we would gave liked. We had to leave early for personal reasons and didn't expect a full refund by any means buy maybe something would have been nice. I hope they use the money to clean up the property. Very disappointing.”
