“This was our first stay here and hopefully will be our place to stay whenever we visit Fredericksburg. The view was wonderful and the deer made it even better. Breakfast is furnished but bring your own milk. Also there is no TV in the cottage. Other then that we really enjoyed it.”

“Found the perfect spot to stay while attending a wedding right down the road. Was very clean and welcoming. Loved the decor and whole place was so relaxing. Enjoyed driving the cart to restaurants and around town. Would be a great place to stay especially if had additional family and friends with us as they had multiple cottages and an outside community gathering place available. Look forward to coming back!”

“My hubby and I stayed here for one night to celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary and my retirement from teaching/school librarian)! This was the perfect place to stay at because: it was reasonably priced, it was located right in the heart of downtown Kerrville close to everything, & it had all of the amenities that you would need like a small kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, iron, and so much more! We had 2 main things on our "bucket list" that we wanted to do during our one-night stay here:...

“Our stay was amazing! The location couldn’t be better. Right on the water with an amazing closed in porch. The property also had kayaks that my husband and friend used to fish from. It’s also right across the street from the Nature Reserve, and the River Walk Trail. It was so fun to spend mornings walking with our coffee and seeing birds, fish, deer, and other small mammals!”

“We stayed 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the cottage! Everything we needed was there. The cottage was excellent…very comfortable, cozy and relaxing! Enjoyed coffee each morning sitting and reading on the front porch watching the deer. The setting was awesome and private. Access to & from the cottage was very easy.
