“Overall the hotel met my expectations. Room was large and hotel had all facilities for customer. Staff respond was slow when I requested ice cube. Gym had no view ”

“Resort itself is very nice, next to 'KOK river. The staff however are not always professional. The GM Eric was rude in the begining and didnt care about the inconvenience that the check in staff brought to us, by ordering us either to move out or move to other room on the 2nd day. We bookef 5 nights and the only request we had is gave us a room that we dong need to move and it was agreed. But unfortunately, this waa not the case, we were told by late evening on our 2nd day we have to move to……

“住宿都很ok,但是飯店位置真的很偏僻 所以需要有交通工具 離溫泉公園很近 附近沒有7-11 此行退房時，因為泰國買的薄長褲 不知道會褪色，去染到飯店的毛巾 當然我們是願意付清洗費用 但要我們付300清洗費 個人覺得貴得太誇張離譜了 我覺得既然不是全新的毛巾 飯店的毛巾也是一種消耗品 都多少人用過 300銖等於是買一條全新的 以這種等級位置來說 我下次不會再入住 也不退薦 ”

“從外觀看，是非常舊的度假村，沒想到房間設施和乾淨度顛覆想像，游泳池也是意外的大和舒適，這是第2度入住，下次還是會再選擇這家”

“My room is spacious and the interior design of rooms and public area such as lobby and restaurant is great. But that always makes you feel that is there anything missing? for example, there are separate shower and toilet, but there is no complete door to "separate" the shower area and the toilet area. that's why the floor of the bathroom is easily to get splashed after taking a shower. The desk in the room is fixed to the wall, and the desk is to high while the chair is to low. I can't work in……

“清潔、地点近市區。獨特是房間早晚都光線充足。不太滿意是泳池太细及有部分員工不太主動講解、唔叫到都唔彩你等等、、、”

“不要期望過高，一分錢 一分貨，雖然酒店一般但員工服務滿意，但小心check in時會重覆收費，因為員工英文不太好”

“Property is nice and waterfront to the river. Pool swim up rooms very nice and the breakfast buffet was great. Also very close to the blue temple and has bikes you can use to visit the site or ride around town. ”

“The Property is a duel-purpose one. A Hostel style room as well full service Rooms. Both are clean and well maintained. The Staff are efficient and friendly. You are within walking distance of the inner city attractions like the Clock Tower, Night Bazzar and Walking Street. I’ll stay again.”
