The room was clean but worn looking. We were disappointed at the complimentary breakfast. We always pick hotels with free breakfast because it saves time and money. There was absolutely nothing left to eat at 8:15 (breakfast was til 9:30) The counters were a mess. No coffee. My husband got the last sausage and a piece of bread. There was no one filling anything. Finally I went to the desk and waited. Finally I called on the phone and the person answered said she’d be there. Now we have wasted 20 minutes. A lady finally arrived and started filling coffee cups. Still no food. We did not want to waste anymore time as we were traveling. So we finished packing the car and went to the desk to check out. Again waiting and waiting so I called on the phone and the lady that was stocking cups came over. Apparently they had a lot of teenagers there that wiped out the food. She was the manager. Never offered to take $10 off our bill-no apology. It seems they could have been better prepared adding extra help when they knew they had all these bookings.

The staff was great. Courteous and helpful. The property condition wasn’t the best. The tv remote didn’t work so they had to replace it. There were gnats in the bathroom and my daughter said she saw a roach. The toilet seat was missing a screw so it was not secure. There was no fridge in the room.
