"The staff was very friendly from check-in to check-out. The beds were comfy and cleanliness of the rooms were impeccable. The only downside was the hot tub. The bubbles were not work but if thats the only downside, I would say thats amazing. I would definitely stay here again.
The breakfast in the morning was also delicious!"

"This is a Big house, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group of 9. Everything we needed was there. Back yard is nice. This host provides things we are not used to finding in our VRBO rentals. Like soaps, shampoo and even some food in the pantry. She brought over fresh eggs from their chickens. We found a Kroger close and plenty of places to shop. Good restaurants too."

"We traveled from Virginia to visit with my grandmother. We chose this home for the location and neighborhood. It was the perfect place to gather and enjoy family time and share a family meal. We enjoyed the fenced-in backyard for our little dog too. The home was perfectly located to stores and a wide variety of eateries. We look forward to booking a stay here again!"

"This house is the best of everything. My sister lives locally so she and her family were able to come over. There was plenty to keep the kids entertained and space for the adults to be away from the kids. This house is relaxing. The host has anticipated everything you might need. It is close to everything. TBH, I didn't want our stay to end. I hope it is available the next time we visit. "
"We had a wonderful visit with family and friends to celebrate the life of a beloved mother/nana/wife who was from Dayton, Ohio. There was plenty of space for all of us to gather after her memorial service to continue to visit and catch up. It was a very special weekend, so thank you!"

"I was in town with my friend for a convention. The owner was prompt with communications the entire time of our stay and with me before we arrived. There was an issue with the water supply to the building which was out of her control but she kept us updated and even reimbursed us for a day. The apartment was very clean. Building was quite lots of shops and places to eat in walking distance.I would definitely recommend and will use again when in the area"

"Host was great! Very communicative and had a cute welcome basket with snacks and some bath goodies waiting for us when we arrived. The host even brought a crib and a little basket of toys for our baby.Check in process was easy even at 3am. Location is exactly as described. Walking distance to the Greene and the Rec center that has a water park.Everything is exactly as pictured in the listing.Areas to improve would be less air fresheners, it seemed like there was a different one in every room. And make it very clear that this is a 3rd story apartment with no elevators. I wasn’t aware that this was a 3rd story apartment until the check in details were sent. Thankfully this wasn’t a problem for us and I liked the privacy of the 3rd floor.Overall the location is unbeatable, it’s a quiet building and the host was great, just keep in mind it’s 3rd story with no elevators."

"I am commenting on this stay and not the house. There was some water damage that was in repair and not available after booking however, Letrice called and gave me an update and sent me other portions to stay at. She put us in a 2 bedroom apartment that was super convenient to lots of restaurants and areas that we needed to get to. Communication was top notch! Letrice had just gotten her wisdom teeth removed and was on top of everything. Thank you for everything!"

"Our stay at the Farmhouse was truly an amazing and relaxing vacation.The drive up into the home property is beautiful, full of trees, gorgeous farmland, peaceful evenings and peaceful mornings, breathtaking views. Well maintained property and lots of fresh air, so healthy.The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. And a very nice clean grill ready for use.Each room had TVs, comfortable beds gave us good nights rest, fresh sheets and fluffy soft towels in each restroom. The living rooms offer comfortable relaxing sofas and a sunroom to enjoy our morning coffee and watch nature and the sunrise.Keri and Matt are amazing host, beautiful people with beautiful hearts.I’m looking forward to our next stay with enthusiasm.More personal note, I’m a cancer patient from a major city approaching surgery and, now inspired to plan for a more peaceful environment like the farmhouse in my future.I cannot wait to go back.My family and I loved our stay.Thank you Keri and Matt thank you so much from all my heart."
"This was a perfect “Buckeye Bungalow” for my recent visit to Dayton. It is so incredibly cozy, lovely personal touches and CLEAN!! Well stocked and owners are very responsive to any issues-not many! It is an older building in a safe neighborhood with covered parking. No elevator, but only on the second floor with covered parking-a bonus! This will be my go-to place for future visits! "

"Property was older and the pictures made it appear much better than it was. Location was not @ The Greene but probably a 10-15 walk. It wasn’t filthy but not particularly clean. The main issue with the cleanliness was an odor that seemed to be a mix between cigarettes and smell of the coin laundry that was located just outside the entrance to the unit. The smell permeated the whole place. It was also very damp as a result of the inadequate portable A/C units. Actually one of them in bedroom had a drain into a bucket to capture the condensate
and required us to empty. Using the hair dryer tripped the breaker and after contacting the manager I was informed the breaker box was in a closet in the hall and to not run the A/C while operating hair dryer. We also were allocated JUST2 towels, 1 hand cloth, 1 wash cloth and a make up towel for our 5 DAY STAY. Contacting the manager for additional towels was fruitless. All I received was an argument and an attitude. It seemed as if I wasn’t the paying customer. "
