The hotel rooms have an absolutely foul odor in them. I felt so sick being there, but couldn't move because I had already paid nearly $1,000 canadian nonrefundable for the few days I was there
I relied on the positive reviews and thought this would be a clean, quiet place to rest. I really needed a freezer as well and this was one of the only hotels that had it.
The fridge/freezer was very dirty on the outside, no circulation in the bathroom so your showers will be difficult, loud noises and music on all night from others that disrupt your sleep. The staff say they will investogate but nothing changed.
They also dont have a restaurant or provide complimentary water to your room.
I wish I never booked here, it was disgusting and the staff were unpleasant, not friendly, and the whole hotel, especially the rooms had the absolute worst smell to them. You will get sick just from the smell if not, then from not getting a good sleep due to the noisy neighbors, freezer and toilets that make noise all night long!!
