Dear Management Team, I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay. I have been visiting your hotel since 1994, and because I care about the property and want to see it continue to succeed, I feel it is important to bring a few maintenance concerns to your attention. During my stay, I experienced issues with the shower. For a hotel of your reputation, guests expect all basic room features to be fully functional upon arrival—specifically including a proper lighting and a fully working shower/bathroom. Please ensure that room maintenance and quality control inspections are kept to a high standard so that basic amenities are completely ready before a guest checks in.
