"Staff was very professional and helpful. They let us check in 4 hours early and upgraded our room… no charge. Room was quiet and spotless. Great location. We are seniors and were able to walk everywhere including to Union Station with our bags. Don’t skip the breakfast. It is a higher quality one with free range eggs, fresh blackberries and all sorts of delicious items. Would definitely stay here again. "
