"This hotel is not suitable for young children. I called in advance and staff told me it was perfect for young children but upon arriving the room had dangerous staircases and an open banister. The rooftop is also not secure for children ans its view is on a construction site. Also, expedia description says it has its own self-park parking but it is inaccurate. Hotel uses a third party parking lot a few blocks away from the hotel."

"This is a smaller hotel, and not as updated as most. They do have WiFi and satellite tv in the rooms. What makes it a special place to stay is the staff at the hotel. Norma was always so professional and any question we had about getting around she knew the answer. Norma was always looking out for us when we went out and waiting when we got home. I would highly recommend a stay at the Boutique Paulina Hotel when you are in Queretaro. I stayed at the property for 9 days."
