Great place with lovely pool and kitchen. Loads of games like badminton and table tennis, would be good to have a couple of bikes and pool toys though. Location was lovely also with plenty to do or not do as one wished. The owner is super nice and helpful. We actually forgot something and he has ...

Location is good, close to Tram station. staff is friendly. Cleanses is bad. room window glass were covered by bird excrement. some facilities in room were covered by a thick layer of dust. toilet didn't work sometimes.....
