Private: beautiful, well-kept garden 300 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees. Outdoor shower, parking at the house. Shop 1 km, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 250 m, bus stop 4.2 km, sandy beach "Andora" 6 km, rocky beach 150 m. Golf course (18 hole) 22 km. Please note: main road 100 m from the property.

Wir (2 Ehepaare, 50-60) waren bereits zum 3.Mal hier. Haus ist sehr schön, Highlight ist die Terrasse mit super Meerblick. Weiter unten verläuft die Küstenstraße. Uns hat es nie gestört, aber wer lärmempfindlich ist, sollte das bedenken. Vermieter sind nett und unkompliziert. Wir konnten problemlos (nach tel. Absprache) zu anderen Zeiten ein-und auschecken. Es gab jedes Jahr ein Willkommensgeschenk❤️ Die Kaffeemaschine sollte vielleicht ausgetauscht werden und etwas mehr Besteck wäre gut.

Perfekte Unterkunft in bester Lage

Man kann dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Nicht nur die traumhafte Lage, sondern auch die Qualität der Ausstattung hat uns begeistert. Auch die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet, sogar mit Kleinigkeiten wie Kaffefilter, Gewürze, Folien, Salatschleuder, Seife, kurz : man kann sofort loslegen. TV ( wer’s braucht) mit vielen deutschen Programmen, Betten von sehr guter Qualität, ebenso die Gartenliegen. Für Hundehalter: Grundstück komplett und sicher eingezäunt! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt !

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wunderbarer Urlaub Wir (zwei Ehepaare zwischen 50 und 60) waren im Mai/ Juni 2022 bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem schönen Haus. Die Lage des Objektes ist einfach einmalig. Die Terrasse geht zum Meer hinaus und man hat einen wunderbaren Blick. Zwischen Haus und Meer verläuft weiter unten die Küstenstraße. Dadurch hat man natürlich auch eine entsprechende Geräuschkulisse, was uns aber weder in 2016 noch in 2022 großartig gestört hat. Das Haus ist großzügig und man ist auch mit zwei Paaren sehr komfortabel dort untergebracht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir sind zwei Tage später als geplant angereist und auch das war kein Problem. Die Kommunikation hat über WhatsApp und telefonisch sehr gut funktioniert. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen, weil auch die Umgebung so schön ist. Man kann wandern, schwimmen oder abends ein wenig flanieren. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Der Meerblick ist außergewöhnlich. Auch war die Unterkunft sehr sauber. Es fehlte Schon bei drei Personen an einer Sitzgelegenheit. Das kleine Sofa war keinesfalls ausreichend. Ich würde die Unterkunft maximal vier Personen empfehlen.

Tolle Lage

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Anwesen, oberhalb der Küstenstrasse, was aber in der Beschreibung benannt war. Man hört also bisweilen Autos und Motorräder. Uns hat das nicht gestört. Problemlose Hausübernahme. Ausstattung ebenso in Ordnung und zur Begrüßung gab es Rotwein und Olivenöl. Wir waren zu zweit und haben den tollen Ausblick jeden Tag genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfektes Ferienhaus

Super Lage oberhalb der Küstenstraße mit einem tollem Rundblick über das Meer. Das Grundstück ist abgeschlossen, die Einrichtung des Hauses ist komplett, es fehlt nichts. Für Hundespaziergänge in direkter Umgebung nicht ideal. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben schon wieder für 2022 gebucht.

Il Paradiso

Für uns (2 Erwachsene und 2 Teenies) war das Haus perfekt: Sehr gutes Wlan (auch draussen) und ausreichend Platz mit den 2 Schlaf- und 2 Badezimmern. Sehr sauber, unglaublicher und einmaliger Meerblick und für Schwimmer und Schnorchler ein tolles Badeerlebnis 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. XXX war jederzeit mit hints and tips verfügbar. Eine kleine Bibliothek mit 2 Reiseführern in deutsch steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Für uns nicht nur la Perla sondern auch il Paradiso del Mediterraneo.

Mehr Meer geht nicht!

Traumhafter Blick auf das Mittelmeer von (fast) allen Zimmern aus. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. In der Küche fehlte das eine oder andere Utensil, aber das war kein Problem. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und verlässlich und sprechen gut Englisch. 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils zwei Betten sind vorhanden. Für 6 Personen ist es zu klein. Für den März ist es ein bisschen kalt innen, denn das Haus ist eindeutig für die warme Jahreszeit gebaut (nur Elektroheizungen).

Wir kommen wieder!!!

Waren mit zwei Kindern (4+2 Jahre) und den Großeltern da. Platz für 4 Erwachsene und Kids absolut ausreichend. Haus sowie Außenanlage (eingezäunt) sehr kinderfreundlich. Super Aussicht direkt aufs Meer, kurzer Weg ans Wasser. Sehr gute Restaurants und Eisdielen fußläufig zu erreichen. Parken auf der Zufahrt möglich aber ungünstig, da sehr steil! Ein weiterer Pakplatz außerhalb der Anlage. Direkt unterhalb des Hauses verläuft eine Hauptstraße, hat uns aber nur wenig bis garnicht gestört.
