"Great VIP experience. Lovely staff. The only thing I would say is that I had an allergic reaction to the scents in the room. The water didn't get as hot as I would like and the A/C didn't get as cold as I would like either. Over all very nice though. If you have allergies to scents I would let them know before arrival. "

"The air conditioning stopped working after a couple hours, however it was not a problem since it was relatively cool out. There were multiple hairs that were not ours in the bathroom. Only stayed one night, so we did not ask to move rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location next to metro and bus stops. "

"I had stayed here on 29 April and submitted a summary survey. Let me add something to my original survey response. -The continential breakfast was wanting. All of the lodging facilities I stayed at during my Camino had exceptional continential breakfasts. -It would be a good customer service if the tv channels provided at least 1 English language selection. English is the international travel language and so I am sure your customers would be appreciative. Thank you. "
