The property extends 900 meters above the village of Stalos, in Agia Marina.
It has four (4) bedroom villa, with a medium-sized private pool, stunning sea and mountain views and is conveniently located 25 minutes from the airport of Chania, 15 minutes by car from the city of Chania, 7 minutes drive from the amazing free and controlled beach trickle. It is 10 minutes walk from the village center, with 3 beautiful and famous for their food taverns, a mini market and two traditional - ouzeri cafes. In the coastal area of ​​Agia Marina (about 30 minutes walk) there are many all kinds of shops, and nightlife.
