“Karen is a great host. The place suits our needs to a T. WiFi and TV operation are great! Allowed me to park my 6 X 12 enclosed trailer on sight which I used to bring out one of my bikes so I could occasionally ride to work and we can ride on days off. Great place for our older English Bulldog. Highly recommend if you are staying in this area.”

“This was a convenient stop for us on our way from Dallas to Colorado located just off US 385. The house is located in the center of Channing with a nice view of horses out the picture windows in the living room.As noted in other reviews, the house is located next to a rail line. We knew this going in but the trains came through at all hours of the night and sounded a horn due to the nearby intersection.Overall the house was fairly clean but it needs a deep clean to be rated higher. “My wife and I stayed here with our Greyhound and two family members as we made a cross country move. The beds were all very comfortable and the host had left a wide selection of drinks and snacks and even some homemade cinnamon rolls, which were a huge hit! Our dog loved the yard and we had more than enough space to park two cars and a 20 foot moving truck. If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely try to stay here again!”
