"The staff is friendly and accommodating to our needs. The pool is refreshing and enjoyable. The common areas are always extremely clean and accessible. The breakfast is amazing! They have plenty of options and they are fresh with an option to have things made to order. The only thing I am not a fan of is in the winter they crank the heat and the individual rooms do not have the option to set it to a comfortable setting. We asked for fans and that still didn’t help. We saw plenty of rooms open their door to circulate air which wasn’t an option for us. We just choose not to stay in the winter anymore. Which is sad because it’s one of the best hotels in the area. "

"Nice property booked fr pool but never got to use lots of kids running in the halls playing soccer and ball would hit our door can’t believe parents oblivious to anyone else this went on into the night at least 11 or midnight each night we were there "
