“All was great”

“The room was clean , bed was comfy. Nice bathroom and shower. We did not use the pool but it appeared nice and well kept. Hot tub was under construction on our visit this time. Staff was helpful and available. Did not have breakfast so I can not comment. Only had coffee and it was good. Surrounding area very nice with restaurants and stores close by. Will stay again when in the area.”

“I stayed 6 nights. My room was larger than I expected and was nice. The towels were worn and some were dingy. The Front desk was friendly for the most part. My only complaint was I needed my sheets changed on day 4 due to accidentally spilling coffee on them. Housekeeping was every day and day 4 they were coming. I took the sheets off the bed,including pillow cases and put them on the floor so the maid would know I needed new sheets. When I returned to the room I discovered that the maid had put……

“This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”

“Really nice, clean room. The breakfast had lots of options. We didn't try the gym this time but I would the next time. I would reccomend the hotel.”
