You're spoiled for sightseeing choice when spending time in Hexham. Chesters Roman Fort is a great place to begin here, but there are loads of other interesting places to enjoy. Chipchase Castle, De Vere Slaley Hall Spa, and Hexham Abbey are near the history-filled fortress and will fill in your day nicely.
