Got to the hotel and they informed me that I didn’t have a reservation and that they don’t associate with hotels.com anymore!!! I was lucky to get a room, so I can’t believe what your website says!!! There’s nothing wrong with my statement, I didn’t use any foul language!!!.

It's not the best by any standards. Only interacted with anyone during check in. Some amenities would have been nice. Never in my traveling days have I ever stayed in a hotel or motel that didn't have a closet. One night, no heat. Two nights, police presence. Giving this place an okay rating was being very generous.

Leaving in the middle of the night because I cannot stand this hotel. All I hear is people partying and fighting. I cannot sleep. It is now 2:05 AM and I am just going to leave. I stayed at several hotels in the area. This is by far the worst.

Floor was very dirty, toilet very dirty. room has cockroaches. Unfortunately I was not fast enough to take a photo of all the cockroaches that scattered all over the floor waking up in the middle of the night to use the toilet. limited essentials towels, bath mat. Hotel description says daily housekeeping, I never received any housekeeping during my stay. Was only allowed one toilet paper per day. Overall horrible experience. Will never recommend anyone to stay here.

Do not stay there

First thing you see when you turn on the TV is 4 channels of porn, without choosing them. Glad I did not bring my children with me. Everything old, dated, no amenitiea in bathroom except a paper thin bar of soap and less thwn half a roll of toilet paper. Based in the warnings on the check in window, it appears this hotel caters to guests renting by the hour, junkies and trysts.

It served it's purpose as a place to sleep, busy after hours and the room stunk like smoke. Not a bad neighborhood and close to where I needed to be.
