"We loved our stay at this cozy home. My husband and I stayed there for six nights. they were very accommodating to our needs . the house had everything we needed. It s two bedrooms, two baths was the perfect size for us . We were able to have meals and cook or go out to each. in a wonderful fireplace. Beautiful views. Everything we needed was close . We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to Rahna and staff. Awesome!"

"The condo in Samoset is a great location with a lot of amenities. Unfortuantely, the pool is not heated and in late August was pretty cold, but overall the condo was as described and sufficient for a family of 5."

"It was a nice stay. Older building but clean. There was a slight sewer smell in bathroom. Overall....very nice and convenient to my family and friends."

"A plumbing issue, complete lack of porch furniture, and lack of response from Vacasa really put a damper on this expensive stay. The plumbing under the kitchen sink was not working when we checked in. We alerted Vacasa when we realized that Sunday morning (had to use many methods to get ahold of help...calling, texting, messaging via VRBO). Someone did come by to band-aid it Sunday night and confirm we needed a plumber, but it broke again soon after. No follow up at all Monday or Tuesday until...

"Cozy spot to stay if you are headed to Manchester! Nicely decorated home, very clean and welcoming. Perfect if you want to be close to walking around downtown to all the shops and eateries. Communication with the host was top notch- highly recommend!"
