“There were some issues, but the primary reason I won't go back is the noise from the room above us. They did NOTHING wrong, it was 100% the construction/sound proofing. Every single step they took sounded like a giant up there stomping their feet”

“Quiet location, in October, beautiful view of the ocean from front sliding glass doors and balcony. Great seafood restaurants nearby. Gorgeous sunrises & sunsets. Scott was very attentive to every text I sent & responded immediately. He included free snacks and a very clean unit. He left very detailed instructions regarding acess to unit, arrival & departure times, where to leave used linens & bedding, and where to place garbage bags upon leaving. Unit appears exactly as shown in photos posted....
