Nicole who checked us in provided wonderful service, so friendly.The only down sides were waiting for elevators and the line to get in for breakfast buffet in the morning. "Great location close to MTR and also walking distance from the nightlight of Lan Kwai Fong. Room size is pretty standard for Hong Kong. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Staff was also extra friendly and helped us call a cab/uber when it was raining and we couldn't walk to the station. "
"We had a wonderful family trip to this hotel with our adult children and teenager. We chose one of the spacious rooms, which was actually three rooms connected. Everyone was comfortable and had three bathrooms. The hotel provided basic breakfast, but some of us sometimes complemented it with a Starbucks at the corner of the street. It’s conveniently located near the tramway, bus stop, and Sheung Wan metro station. Laundry machines are available. The friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable.
