"Upon arrival the front desk noticed I was using a scooter after just having foot surgery, she upgraded our room to a handicap accessible room at not charge. I was so grateful especially after seeing how many handrails and spacious the room was. I didn’t ask for it, but it was nice to see someone going above what they needed to do. "

"The room was adequate size, clean and nicely presented. It was noisy from outside traffic and the heating/airconditioning system was very noisy. Had to shut it off. "

"The staff deserves five gold stars. Everyone was friendly and very helpful - when our fridge wasn’t working, maintenance had it swapped out within 15 minutes. The breakfast buffet was delicious - kudos to Sara! Thank you to all for making our stay so pleasant. "
