Everything was adequate to our satifaction. The property is secure amd tightly guarded. The staff is impecable and is quick to tend to your needs. The manager came quick and addressed our issue. The house keeper is very kind and ecxellent. I would fully recommend to friends and family. I will be returning.

Booked this hotel through Expedia. I'll start with the positive. Great location if you want to be where the action is and be around live music. Plenty of shops and restaurants all near by. Steps from nice beach. Easy check-in process. Maribel was very pleasant. The Superior rooms on 8th floor give you a nice balcony, with comfy chairs and a great ocean view. Clean large room and comfortable bed. On the negative, this hotel can use a little TLC in some areas. Rooms are nothing fancy, no extras and no air conditioner, no decor. Very basic. There is a ceiling fan that runs on high speed only and is noisy. So if you are there during hot months...good luck cooling down at night. You do get a nice ocean breeze if you leave sliding glass door open, however, there is no screen door. If you are sensitive to noice, definitely bring ear plugs because you have very loud live bands playing all around the hotel and on beach. Bathroom was clean, however tile grout can use a good scrubbing. On the hotel website it stated breakfast was included. However, when I asked about it, I was informed that since I had booked through Expedia, breakfast would not be included. At checkout, someone is sent to your room to check it's status before you are checked out. Overall, stay was ok for the price.
