8.2/10 Very Good! (1,009 reviews)
I didn’t know that there wasn’t an elevator. Although I am handicapped, I usually just get a regular room. I would have requested an accessible room, or at least one on the first floor, had I known. Also, most rooms, even if they aren’t handicapped accessible, have a grab bar or something to hold on to in the shower. This room did not. Again, I know I didn’t request a handicapped room, I just wish I had known about these things (mostly the no elevator) before hand.
With all that being said, the room was clean, the bed comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows and towels. We had no other issues with the room or the whole facility!
