"This property is wonderful for families. The giant back yard has a Play house, play structure, fire pit, and a great out door gathering place for family time. The game room itself was outstanding for my 4 sons. Air hockey, ping pong, skeet ball, and pole were all part of the entertainment that was provided. My children’s and well as my dogs were very happy with the place. It was a blessing that we found this beautiful home. Thank you for opening your home up to us! God bless"

"The property is better than advertised. Great kitchen, three nice bedrooms, spacious family area. The deck is huge, the views are stunning. I spent a week there with my three teenage daughters and nobody wanted to go home. Great location, 10 mins to downtown CDA, would highly recommend. Hosts were very nice and made sure our stay was enjoyable. Couldn’t image a better place to stay."

"Great little place!!! Met our needs for a party of 3 perfectly. Might work for a party of 4 if 2 are kids as it is small. Everything was new and updated, except for the cute, nostalgic fridge. The property is amazing and beautifully kept. Small bar nearby that had outdoor, live music one night. Grocery store, bar and burger joint within a block and easy to walk to. Felt very safe in this. Will definitely stay here again!! "

"We had a fabulous time in CDA, staying in this cottage home. We couldn't have found a more perfect location - just walk out the door for wonderful lakeside hiking. And we really enjoyed using the bikes for a lovely ride on the Centennial Trail, through McEuen Park and along the lake and riverside. "This property is truly a home! If you love to cook, the kitchen is amazing. The rooms are very comfortable and you can tell that thoughtfulness was used when decorating and creating a truly wonderful experience. It is only a few blocks from the lake and in a quiet neighborhood. The outdoor area with the fire pit and BBQ is relaxing after a long day! We will return!"

"Home was very clean upon arrival and quiet considering location. Perfect for our family get together over the Thanksgiving holiday. The only thing that was missing during our stay was some heavier blankets/comforter. If ever in town this time of year, be sure to visit Higgins Point to see the Bald Eagles as they're passing through the area feasting on Kokanee."

"Wish we would’ve checked in early and that the cleaners weren’t still there when we arrived (until 5:15) however those minor hiccups were quickly forgotten because the home, the property and the overall experience were nothing short of wonderful! The house is stocked with top notch decor and essentials. They spared no cost at covering every detail! A++++"

Beds and other furniture were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and extra pillows. Our suggestions for a better stay: Blackout curtains on the upstairs bedroom windows. "Perfect location for the Ironman event. The home is old and had a couple of issues (upstairs shower did not drain adequately which was the largest issue) but it did not create any major problems. We enjoyed our trip and the use of the home."
