As I've stated in previous reviews about this property, you just never know what you're gonna get.
My boyfriend and I stat at this property pretty frequently when we go to Spokane because the location is amazing for downtown activities, the price range is middle of the road, and sometimes you can get a pretty nice stay!
This stay was not one of our best, mostly because the room we were in honestly needed a good deep cleaning. There was what we hope was an old grape under one of the end tables (we found it when we dropped something), the floor in the shower & bathroom in general didn't look very clean, around the mirror had drips of something around it, etc. The room just felt "icky."
We stayed two nights, and on the morning of when we were to leave, we called every number available in the hotel to try and not a single employee answered. Luckily, someone cleaning rooms happened to appear on our floor shortly after I checked the hallway and we were able to get some. As I mentioned in a previous review, this hotel has gotten pretty stingy with what they put in their rooms. Literally exactly two of each towel, and that is it.
I am sure we'll stay at this hotel again, as I mentioned the location is great. I just hope we get one of our better stays next time.
