(964 reviews) The staff was lovely and responsive. There were issues with room cleanliness when I arrived (personal items from a previous guest in the bedding). The elevator was under repair for the first couple of days of my trip. The location is very central and the breakfast and refreshments available in the lobby were appreciated. I enjoyed my stay much more once the room was cleaned properly and the elevator was functional. Note: Soundproofing is minimal and noise from other guests and staff can be disruptive. (1,001 reviews) Staff is awesome!!! They are very nice and helpful. Hotel is close to everything and safe. Room is very clean and they provided toiletries which is great! The only thing I hope that will be better is the pressure of the water in the shower. Aside from that, everything is great and wonderful. Definitely staying here again if we’re going back to Lyon.
