There is no available pool, like in the photos. It may be under renovation. I didn't ask, but it should be noted if it is. Rooms are exactly the same as the photos. Clean and accommodating.

The room was nice enough. However, the tub and sink didn't drain very well. The bed was way too soft. We were glad for the fridge, the working ice machine and the iron & ironing board.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay. I booked this place specifically for the pool since we were staying 4 nights but the pool was out of order, in hindsight I should have called motel directly to check on this. extremely disappointed. I did have a leak in the windows with rain water coming through the windows. Motel is good, just outdated but for the price it was acceptable.

Positive: The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Negative: There was a trash can at the back corner of the property, outside, that was overflowing the entire time we were there. Also a gutter pouring rain down from the roof near the trash can.

Basic hotel that is clean, accessible, provides a comfy bed and hot breakfast choices. The manager was efficient and helpful and takes pride in his property and serving travelers well. It is not fancy, but pleasant. We stayed the previous night in a ‘convention hotel’ in Denver that was expensive, had a hard bed and lukewarm water in the shower and a mediocre breakfast buffet we had to pay for. This humble hotel had hot water, a comfy bed and a free breakfast for half the price…my kind of place!

Just a quick overnight stay and we were pretty disappointed with the property itself. The room was clean and uncomfortable. We only had one interaction with the staff at check-in and he was pleasant. Overall I don’t recommend this hotel.
