"The property is at a crossroad, but there is very little traffic and we didn’t notice at all. The house was very well kept and great for us to spend some time with family away from everything. We also enjoyed some wine in Coleman and it was an easy drive to Brownwood where we caught some HPU games. I would gladly stay here again."

"The plumbing had issues, as the shower valve on the shower knob was clogged and had to be tended to by the maintenance man. Also, the commodes flushed, but wouldn’t refill the water box without some manual help. Otherwise, the property, personnel and food excellent "
