“The only good thing I could say was the bed comfortable. Upon arrival, the host warmly greeted us however, the conditions of the downstairs seemed to be in renovation. The side entrance was ajar and there was no key entry there. The handicap door button also did not work. The elevator made a loud screeching noise as it approached our floor. Entering into the hotel room, we noticed smears across the mirrors and a generally dirty appearance. The sheets on one bed had stains and burn holes the……

“The emphasis on keeping the facility has diminished over the years. For example, there was trash on the floor of the elevator when we checked in. It was still there 2 days latter. Our room door had been damaged and required considerable force to open it. My wife was unable to open it to get out. Safety issue. Overall it appears that management/owners are not reinvesting in the facility. Things are broken and need fixing.”
