The accommodations made ahead of time, that were double and triple checked by me and directly with expedia were going to be available, was not honored so there was major change in plans with couple kids having to cancel in our party once we no longer were given our connecting rooms. The manger gave our reserved room to a "more important" situation. So we didn't get the stay we had planned. We dont get to do special things like this for our children often if ever so is was heartbreaking. The only reason we had booked this hotel was the connecting rooms. Front staff was friendly. My kids enjoyed waffles at the free breakfast. The pool area was nice but even the kids felt uncomfortable in the water. Seemed it needed maintenance, water was dirty, and left a strong musty smell. Overall hotel is nice, but unorganized. Would not recommend for special occasions, probably fine for fly by night stays.

The room was nice. I was given a choice of what floor I wanted to stay on. Staff was nice. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Overall a nice place to stay.

It was fine
The hotel was clean. The location is convenient. I wasn’t given any information about hotel policy upon check in aside from breakfast hours. They had a huge sign in the elevator saying they’d refresh the room daily. A small sign in the room saying cleaning service was only provided upon request. I requested it and when I returned it did not occur. When I called to inquire about it the clerk got an attitude with me and said their policy wasn’t to service rooms daily. They should remove the sign that says they do and educate customers upfront so expectations can be properly set. Breakfast was the same every day and honestly not that great.

The hotel is ok - bed was comfortable but they only provide 3 pillows for 2 persons. In the bathroom they provide shampoo and shower gel, but no conditioner (annoying and inconvenient). The breakfast was fine - regular hotel food.
