Omotesando Hills Tours

I stayed here twice in Feb 2026. The first time for 6 nights and the second time for 2 nights. The room was quite small but the bed and pillows were comfortable. There’s a safe and fridge and the hotel provides a lot of amenities in the bathroom - shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes with toothpaste, razors with shaving cream, hair brushes, cotton buds etc. Housekeeping was excellent but they always left me notes informing me that they wouldn’t throw out trash that wasn’t in the garbage bins, or they won’t empty a kettle with water in it etc. It got to be a bit annoying. On my first stay, housekeeping left me 2 bottles of drinking water everyday but on my second stay, only one bottle a day. Tap water is perfectly safe to drink though. I used the hotel laundry service once and they were excellent. If they pick up before 9 am they return your washed laundry by 6 pm. I used their laundromat once too. They are pretty cool. For 500 yen or more (depending on load size), the machine washes and dries for you and detergent is dispensed automatically. All in one machine! Typical high tech Japan. I had buffet breakfast at Cross Dine 4 times. It has a nice spread but they don’t change the menu much so it gets tiring. 711 is only a block down and that’s where I bought most of my food. They have an excellent selection, prices are reasonable and they have new meals often. The hotel provides a microwave near the lobby so it’s convenient to microwave food from 711.

The staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable, and I loved the projector they had. The breakfast was very tasty and the view from the terrace on the 10th floor was nice. I don't know when I’ll be back, but they’ll be my first choice when I do.
