Lakefront duplex property, nicely finished. 2 bedroom and queen size hide-a-bed.

Lakefront property. You will enjoy a full bathroom with a very large shower, pantry, laundry room, and beautiful views of Burgess Lake Reservoir. Our favorite area is the large patio with a double swing in which we relax and take in all of the views of the mountain. Watch for deer, foxes, eagles and all types of mountain wildlife. Walkout lower level 2 bedroom with queen size hide-a-bed in the main living area. Sleeps 6. No pets allowed.

Simply amazing!! Will be returning!
Great communication with property owner, beautiful views, and great family time! If you're on the edge, go for it!! It was amazing and worth every penny! Great location, about 30 minutes from everything we wanted to do(we could have gone further, but our 1 year old was a bit limiting. On our early nights, we came home for dinner and had a nice walk around the lake and took beautiful photos! Would love to return when we come back to the area!

Perfect Colorado Getaway
If you are looking for a remote but close location, this is the perfect place for you. Kevin and Rebecca are great hosts. The fresh cookies give you that warm welcome when you are first settling in. The place is perfectly decorated with the aesthetics of your surroundings.

Beautiful and secluded
The home had what we needed and were looking for. It was secluded which was nice to enjoy a quite night and, at the same time, was tricky finding. By "duplex," it is generally understood as two equal and adjecent properties; in reality, the place is a basement conditioned to be an short-term rental. To be accurate, this should be specified in the listing, rather than dugged up from the reviews. Nonetheless, the technicality was not a material for us since the place was in excellent condition, equipped with most essentials, and we did not even notice other people on site. The manager/owner was responsive and accomodating.

Beautiful view, comfortable, very clean, great place to relax. No stove/oven but a electric griddle and hot plate provided. We made it work but stove would have made it easier. Lake activities restricted to residents only. Great place for a get away.

So Beautiful
The home was very clean, great decorations, we had everything we needed and more. The view off the big deck/patio was so awesome after getting the car unloaded we saw 3 deer and a little later another 1 just feet away from the firepit. This was a perfect place for a peaceful vaca and I enjoyed reading the prayer cards and other reviews we will be back next year for sure!!! Thank you.

The place was very clean and comfortable. the sceanary was fantastic.
The property was very clean an comfortable.Probably the cleanest I've ever stayed in. The only thing that we were not expecting was the absence of a TV and stove. We are sports fans and arrived expecting to watch football games and make some home made pizzas. We did not read down on the reviews far enough to see someone else comment on this.

The house was beautifully decorated and located. And the owners were fast and responsive to messages—however, a few things to be aware of when you book. You do not have control over the air as the owners live upstairs and control it. And with them living upstairs you do hear when chairs scrape on the floor and footsteps. So it does not give that private feeling. They also have a door that they can lock that goes upstairs and no lock on your side which gives an uneasy feeling when leaving the property or sleeping. The property itself is beautiful and walking around the pond was amazing. Also as an ATT customer, I had very spotty reception and was reliant upon the owner's Wi-Fi which went out one night. So there was no way to communicate if there was an emergency. Overall the property was beautiful and it was a good stay just when you book keep those things in mind.
