"The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately, there is building work near the hotel but this is out of their control. The rooms are spacious and super clean with a beautiful design. The balcony had a lovely view however was a little small but this isn't an issue for us.
The room came with both AC & a fan which is a must for 30 degree weather.
All staff are extremely helpful and helped with luggage storage for our bags after checkout (with a ticketing system! Such a simple yet effective system).
The pool area is beautiful and sun lounges double up as seating for late night visits to the pool area - with a bar :)
The lifts are keycard activated and there's security at the front door to help keep out riff raff.
We also ordered room service and my girlfriend is still going on about how good the apple juice was. The food was delightful - our first time getting room service. Unfortunately I can't speak for the restaurant as we didn't eat here but I assume it would be just as good. The restaurant also has a lovely view over the front lounge.
Being in the heart of St Julians, we were worried about loud parties, etc however the sound isolation was superior and we had no issues with this our whole stay.
Overall I'm happy we spent the little bit extra per night to stay here over some of the cheaper options (The reviews speak for themselves)
