Weather can vary greatly -- last year -5 degrees and a ton of snow and this year mid-60s beautiful skies. Both are great fun in their own way.

"Overall I liked it. It’s private and has plenty of space to park our pickup and boat. Very close to the boat dock and a nice restaurant.It can get windy there, but pretty normal for that area. I would like to see a little more seating inside such as another chair or couch, and possibly a TV, although we were fine without it. Overall a cool place to stay."
