"The property we had stayed at right on the lake was breathtaking and had brought me back to my childhood being from Upstate NY when my paternal side of the family had a couple homes up in the wildness with one being right on the lake. "No hot water, mattress and bed spread smelled strongly of body odor, roach infestation (woke up to them crawling on me and removed multiple). Bathroom had a very strong foul smell that filled the entire home. Access in a car is limited, unpaved road with deep ruts. Residential area felt unsafe. I recommend the host address these cleanliness, pest-control, and maintenance concerns before accepting more guests. "
