“We loved the property as it is better than the pictures. The large mudroom was perfect for all of our skiing family. The location is close to the slopes and in a pretty wooded area. All beds are top notch as all of us were comfortable.I just can’t think of anything that could have been better! John is so easy to work with as well.”

“We had a family with a group of adults, elderly, and infants and this house had the space and options for all to enjoy. Beautiful balcony with views. Close and convenient drive to many nearby towns and vineyards. We were able to enjoy the hot tub and fire pit as well on just our last day. Temperature control consistency throughout all floors a bit of a challenge (as with many homes) but Fans provided in each room as well. Nice kitchen space and supplies provided. “Everything about this property exceeded any expectation I had. The view- the land/rockscaping that takes you down to the river is just beautiful. The river is so close to the house the views are stunning every direction you look. There is a “patio” area that is literally on the river with comfortable furniture and is covered and dry even when it rained. The house is immaculate, clean and so comfortable. “We arrived for a 3 day girls weekend. The house was easily accessible, very clean, and there was plenty of parking space for everyone. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had, even offered to let us stay a bit later on checkout day so we could enjoy of kid and husband free time a bit more. Thank you for a great stay!!! ”

“Our family stayed Mid-June and used the house as our home base while doing day trips in the area. The decor is definitely retro which the kids found really fun. Necessities like the shower and laundry were updated and modern which us adults loved. The house was clean, furniture was comfortable and the views out the bank of windows were unbeatable! The only minor complaint we had is that the mattresses were extremely noisy with every move you make but that didn't stop us from crashing every night...

“If you're looking for a wonderful lake property for a family vacation, look no further. The chalet was clean, stocked and perfect for my family with three kids. We spent hours fishing (pike, bass and tons of pan fish right off the dock) and using the pontoon boat, swimming in the lake and afternoons on the sand bar. The kids enjoyed playing all the games as well. Having access to the pool and pickleball/playground was a bonus. The hot tub was great to relax in after a long day of activities....

“We've stayed at this property several times as it's a great home with a great location at Schuss. Due to ski season, we've never been able to enjoy the beautiful back deck and fire pit. It was awesome having a holiday weekend to be out back, enjoying nature, dinners and smores!”

“Great location. Short walk to lifts which was perfect for kids. Ski locker was great to have a place for our gear out of the way. Condo was updated and very clean. Would highly recommend. ”

“Great relaxing place on the lake and fantastic to create new and fun memories with family! We did kayaking, fishing, campfires, card playing and playing in the sand at the house. We visited Sault Ste. Marie, Canada, Lilac Festival at Mackinac Island and jet skied at Burt Lake. Much needed time away to reconnect and be rejuvenated! Communication with the owner was superb and quick to respond!! Thank you for a fantastic time!!”

“We really loved our time at this house. Here’s why. Location: you can see the blue lift right out your window. Very convenient for skiing in and out. Enough stuff: this place had lots of extra sheets, towels, blankets, pots/silverware, TP, and other needs for a big group of 16. Responsiveness: we had a minor issue that was addressed as soon as possible. The space was nice and clean, we loved the bunk room, and would definitely stay again. ”
