“My sister and I always stay in apartments when we travel and this is one of the nicest ones. The view is incredible and the apartment is very comfortable. It was great having a washer and dryer right in the apartment. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The host is one of the most responsive hosts that we have had. He was in constant communication before our arrival and wanted to make sure that we had everything that we needed. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.”

“We had a wonderful stay at your Harlem apartment! It was very well-equipped and perfect for our family of four. The game room with arcade machines was a huge hit with our kids (five stars!). “I highly enjoyed my stay at this property. I came with my family so I really needed a place to accommodate all of our needs. And this place did not disappoint. It was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Although I am a native New Yorker, I no longer live in the city but come home frequently as a “tourist” lol. “The pictures of the property were accurate. Beds large and comfortable. However, the host did not answer his phone the few times I called. "10/10. En nuestra experiencia el personal fue super amable (recepción, cocina, botones, etc.), nos hicieron limpieza diario, el elevador funcionando bien y sin saturarse, el buffet si bien era algo repetitivo la verdad estaba bueno y nos ayudaba en optimizar tiempos para después de desayunar salir a pasear. La ubicación super. Vi un comentario que se quejaba del agua de $6 dlls pero ahí mismo tienen una etiqueta donde mencionan que no son gratis, incluso en la recepción nos comentaron. Nosotros pasamos por un galón de agua al 7eleven que está en la esquina y listo. En general yo si recomiendo este hotel."
