“The location we had originally booked canceled our reservation due to selling property and issues with plumbing. Upon searching for something close we stumbled across this amazing property. Granted its not on the water like the place we originally had, but this location slept more people, was large, had 2 bathrooms, a cleaning room for fish, a huge kitchen, was decorated very nicely with outdoor theme, and the owners were very accommodating, easy to work with and fast to respond. “Very well maintained property. Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable. Would definitely come back and would recommend to all to choose this as a location to stay. ”

“We stayed in area for retriever competition for just over a week. The house and surrounding land is beautiful. Don’t be afraid of the driveway - it’s steep but easily navigable. The rocks at the entryway are a little cumbersome to get up and down, especially when carrying supplies or baggage. The house was well equipped for cooking and relaxing. WiFi worked well which is good as reception in area not great. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again if in area”

“Mary was a very accommodating host. Nice personal touches. Everything is modern and very clean. Great family room and kitchen with everything you need to make any meals you want during your stay. Outdoor area (patio and fire pit area) and seating are great to enjoy overlooking the property while having a meal or a few cocktails. Short drive to Sparta and the bike trails. Quick response from host with any questions you may have.”
