Talk about a #weekendgetaway, the PA Ren Faire begins at the start of August and goes straight through October. It's a favorite of mine despite the 2.5 hour drive from my home. Still, with the Shire opening at 11 and closing at about 8-ish, you can get a full day in while leaving home/getting back at reasonable hours. Beside this, there's a lot of wine, entertainment, great food, and beautiful crafts you can buy. There's a reason I go every year, after all. Huzzah!

"This location is perfect for a couples getaway. The cabin was the perfect size and everything was in perfect condition.
