“Hotel staff is super nice. They have breakfast and from Mon to Thursday they also have happy hour with wine & food free of charge.”

“Easy check in and out, our room was clean.”

“The hotel is in the good location that you can walk to shop or restaurant. The baseball stadium is like 5 mins walk and I enjoyed the baseball game during the staying. Front desk receptionists are friendly also provide the nice service.”

“Their service attitude is not good, there is no hair dryer in the room, and the hot water for shower is not enough”

“Reasonable room for the cost. Staff was courteous and helpful. Rm 408 noticed water on the floor around the toilet after flushing. Would have been nice if coffee and a TV station list had been available.”

“All around good place to stay. Called front desk for more washcloths but was told they couldnt provide more until the morning because housekeeping was not available. I had stayed with my fiance and 2 children which meant i needed 4 washcloths the room only had 2. ”

“Our AC unit did not work. The manager on duty at the time offered to switch our room. We had just gotten there and didn't touch anything (bed, bathroom, etc.) His GM told him not to switch our room. Our fridge didn't work. I only booked at this hotel because it said there was a hot tub. They had it closed off and I was told it was just closed for the night, then the weekend and then another staff member told me they were having it removed. So I'm not even sure what they real reason was. The……
