A mejorar.”

“The worst “hotel” imaginable. Staff have no idea what they’re doing. No wifi (i mean who needs wifi). I was told to be ready at 6 am sharp for transport to the city. It never came. The hotel reception said that in Peru when we say 6 am we really mean 7 am. Unbelievable. I only woke up at 5 am and was there 15 minutes early. I had to hitch a ride with another couple’s driver (pure luck) to get to the city, My driver is still probably on his way. The worst part is in my haste I left behind my hat....

“The location was good, the staff was a little disorganized, the noise level in the room was poor and there were no basic amenities in the room such as water, shampoo, coffee, etc. Not a place I would stay again.”

Mil gracias! Excellent hotel and service. I was especially grateful afterwards when I realized I'd left something in the room. Upon contacting them, the staff coordinated to send the bag via bus to a point where I could pick it up. Thank you!!”
