“We had a great stay. Condo was very clean and cozy. Ideally located. Nice supermarket right on the corner beside the place as well as a good Bar (caffè & sandwiches) for morning espresso or evening snack/food runs. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere.. if you’re okay with walking longer distances (30-60 min). We also slept well here.. the pullout sofa bed was better than I expected, and probably one of the better places I slept over all the places we stayed across Europe. Would……

“I used prepaid service, but when checking in, staff asked me to pay by credit card or what. I said I have already paid, the staff said that’s just booked, not prepaid. A noisy room
"I have mentioned to have a silent room about one month before I arrive. Unfortunately the room window towards bar street which makes noise at night and morning also included truck noise, street cleaning noise … otherwise all are good! Especially the food in sfizo, good quality and tasty as usual! Really suggest to go to try! The team from hotel is good! Smiling and warm. "

"This is my second time stayed in this hotel, it is so convenient for moving around, when you get out of the hotel and you can see the Milan central train station. Satisfied for every thing, nice services and nice sweet chocolate for first day and everyday. Highly recommended and I will stay in this hotel if I go to Milan again."

"Great location, within a 15-minute walk to all major attractions. The environment is very clean, and the accommodation is spacious with beautifully designed rooms. There is an elevator for easy access between floors, and the internet is fast and convenient! Overall, it was an excellent stay and highly recommended!"

The hotel ruins my impression about Wyndham Group
"Oh my God, Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa is a huge hotel group in the world. But this hotel spreads False propaganda , cheats client by denying client’s reservation two times and ask room guests to pay for their free shuttle bus.
My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully.
We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they
don’t admit we have reserved 8 seats of free shuttle bus departing at 9:45 of November 5 and there "
